20 Min Strength: UPPER BODY COMBO

This 20-minute upper-body strength workout combines heavier weights to build strength with lighter weights to fully fatigue and refine each muscle group. You’ll move through intentional supersets that pair power with controlled burnout, targeting your arms, shoulders, chest, and back on a mat or bench. We close with prayer to help you slow down, reset, and leave feeling strong, accomplished, and spiritually centered.
