10 Min Pilates: CORE

This 10-minute Pilates-inspired core workout strengthens from the inside out with planks, plank variations, bear crawls, and controlled, low-impact movements designed to build deep stability and endurance. We’ll finish with intentional prayer to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect - leaving you feeling strong, steady, and centered in both body and spirit.
