  • Once you contact Macy and solidify your program, she’ll schedule an online initial consultation with you via Google Meet. On Google Meet, she’ll get a full history of injury, barriers, success stories, and concerns regarding your wellness journey. Upon hearing your history, she’ll collaborate with you on the frequency and duration of workouts that best fit your schedule and situation. She’ll then get you onboarded into Worship’n’Workout’s Training App. You’ll be able to connect your wearable device, if any, and get your account set up. After you’re settled, Macy will program your workouts into the online app where you’ll have access to them 24/7. All you’ll need to do is login and START your workout!

  • After a full competitor analysis, research showed that individualized training programs cost anywhere from $50-$200/month for just workout programming. Nutrition coaching with a certified professional cost anywhere from $50-$200. A combined program with nutrition coaching and exercise programming totaled to $100-$300/month. A full lifestyle coaching package (fitness/nutrition/life) ranged anywhere from $300-$1000 month/ Macy’s programs are on the LOW END of the range with discounts available. While Macy could increase prices, her goal is to make programs affordable and accessible for women all across the country.

  • I (Macy) have been a certified personal trainer since August of 2022. I’ve worked in professional settings as an in-person trainer, group exercise instructor, and gym receptionist. During my time with in-person clients, I noticed the inconsistency of sessions. The client would pay a couple hundred dollars a month, yet come once or twice a week to a training session. While the training sessions were successful, it was hard to control the external factors - diet, cardio, daily activity, stress, sleep, and biometrics (HR, HRV, O2 levels, etc). I could program the client to go walk for 30-minutes, three days a week, yet I had no way of keeping them accountable for it. When I began virtual training, I realized how incredible it was because I could control all aspects of health - strength training, cardio, diet, and basic movement (steps). I noticed that clients online progressed SO much faster and maintained their habits FAR longer than the clients in person. At the end of each month, in-person clients would lose a few inches off their waist and hips. However, online, I had clients losing 3-5 inches a month!

  • Easy answer - anything you have access to! If you only have dumbbells, Macy can make your entire program with dumbbells. If you have bands, Macy can program your workout with bands. If you have gym access, she can program your workouts in a full gym! Anything you have, she will use!

  • Once you contact Macy and agree on a program, you’ll receive an invoice from the training app to add your card. If you’re on a monthly payment, you can set up automation. If it is an upfront cost, you can pay through the invoice portal and choose not to save your card.
